Our sales agent will clean, set-up, research, price, arrange advertising and conduct a three day sale at the agreed upon address. For these services, the owner agrees to compensate sales agent 35% of the gross sales, or if the total of the sale is below $9,000, The sales agent will be paid $3,000 in commission. Additionally, sales agent will arrange the removal of all items not sold via a buyout agent or delivery to a local charity of the owners choosing. Sales agent agrees the residence will be empty, swept out and/or vacuumed at the conclusion of the sale.
